| Baby and I have finally conquered the breastfeeding challenge, though the first couple of days were questionable, all he wanted to do was sleep. I wondered if it was due to all the medication I was on. He weighed 6.3 at birth, 5.9 at hospital discharge, 5.11 at 1 week checkup, and just yesterday for his 2 week checkup, he weighed in at 6.5. The doctor was pleased with his weight and said that was a great sign that the breastfeeding was going well. I cannot thank you enough for all your support and guidance through our labor and delivery. Your help not only benefitted me but my husband and mother as well. We all really appreciate everything you did for us. I would highly recommend you to all pregnant women, and I will to any I come in contact with. |

| To Whom It May Concern: Donna Sardinas was my doula for the birth of my second child. (10/9/06) She was wonderful, very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. Also she was very professional and her experience was evident. Donna helped with many techniques that took the pain levels down significantly. She helped me stay focused on the joy of birth and not the pain. I really appreciated that she was not pushy or set on doing thingws her way. She simply made suggestions and was very respectful of our previous decisions as well as those made during the labor. She stayed with me until I was settled in my room for the night.
